Not Raisins, Craisins!


I am not a raisin fan, not in my cereal, not in my muffins or fruit salad either. Now, CRAISINS are another story. Craisins are sweet and sour at the same time. I will Craisin my yogurt, oatmeal or just as a stand alone snack.  They are also available in 100 calories packs, need I say more?

How to deal with cravings is a topic I come across often. In the past, if I choose to give in to a craving, I would wind up eating everything I craved for the rest of day. While that was not the best idea, I learned to give in and enjoy a treat.
