I had some time to kill before a friends party, so I decided to hunt for some new snacks. I came across a display for Delicious 19 Wheat Cakes in a well known supermarket. I have seen varieties of this type of snack but never knew what was in them. For the facts and nothing but the facts go to

I also found another version of Triscuits, the Thin Crisps Whole Grain Wheat, which I thought were divine, yes I said divine. 14 crackers for 130 calories. See the website for all the flavors

Note to self and other snackers: I don't eat snacks out of the box, I tend to lose count. I take what I need, notice I didn't say I take what I want, and the rest are for another day...
