
Some hints when mindless eating sets in. Open your closet, see that skirt? How about that swimsuit? That LBD... I have worked really hard to fit into my new size and now I have to keep on the right track. No one said this is easy.
Hints: Call a friend, let them know whats going on, call your Mother ( a sure way to stop snacking :) Call my Mother (love you, Mom!), anything to get your mind off of a snack you don't need. Just know, we all have been there.
