To Yogurt or Not to Yogurt

There used to be one main yogurt in my life. I remember everyone eating yogurt to lose weight and then at some point realizing that the yogurt they were eating had a lot of calories and sugar. Now there are so many different types of yogurt, most stores have their own yogurt aisle.

Cut to the chase- I love yogurt parfaits. I had one in Starbucks, it was delicious but rather pricey. Here is a welcome addition, Breyers Yo Crunch Fruit Parfait.http://www.yocrunch.com/products/parfait.html. Comes in four four flavors and is a far cry from the yogurt I grew up on.

I love yogurt! I usually just buy the commercial brands on sale at the grocery store but I always check the sugar content...you're right that some have LOTS of sugar!
