Glennys makes a spectacular Soy Chip, my favorite is the salt and pepper flavor. These chips have 10g of soy protein. Yes! Soy protein!! So one of my blogging friends asked me about hidden calories. Do you know the difference between hidden and empty calories?
This is what I know about hidden calories: They are those handfuls of pretzels at your co-workers desk, when you add milk and sugar to your coffee, when you put a pad of butter on your bread...these are examples of hidden calories. If you do these type of things (and there is nothing wrong with them) just be mindful that they do add up!

I got rid of the hidden in my coffee! No more sugar. It took awhile for me to get used to it, but now I'm drankin' it every day with no squealing.
