SNACKING 911


During my weight loss journey I found that planning played a major factor. I plan  what I will eat for the day in the morning. Let me be frank...I can eat a snack for the following reasons: I just want to, I am hungry, I am bored, I am nervous, I have a snack in my bag, I have a snack in my drawer...The list could go on and on. The hardest part is stopping the pattern of mindless snacking. I still write everything down that I eat. Some say that can be obsessive...I have noticed that people who make remarks like that have not had to lose weight, do not need to lose weight or just have nothing nice to say. So, we are all in this together! I need your support, you have my support....
