I have been reading an abundance of snack related articles and what should be the correct serving size. If I do say so myself, I have become pretty serving size saavy. I use this rule...If it looks like to much, it is! If you need help transporting your snack somewhere, STOP what you are doing and send me an email.
I found this great bar that is marketed for kids by Cliff Bar called the ZBAR...It was smores flavored, but there are many other flavors and all for 130 calories.
