Running in the AM

As I was running this morning, I was thinking about the pros to running in the morning. I came up with 3 good reasons:
               1. You don't have to do it after work.
               2. You get to see Dog Owners at their best.
               3. You get to know your fellow runners on a different level.
                    Ex: "There is the guy who always wears the green shorts."
           
                  

There is one diet program that I did not try and that was Atkins. I have tried the Atkins "ENDULGE " Carmel Nut Cluster Bar. This bar is 130 calories- can't beat that! Chocolate, caramel, peanuts, what more can you ask for? For all the fine print go to http://www.atkins.com/Products.aspx

You have to try the Simply Bar, many different flavors to choose from. My favorite, chocolate peanut butter, much better than anything Atkins, this bar is full of protein, low in carbs and guess what... you can pronounce all the ingredients! A must try!
