Thursdays Snack and Booty workout...Ready?

Today I will be hitting my home gym. As mentioned before, it consists of a yoga mat and some hand weights. I discovered a groovy work out in Fitness Magazine, which is perfect  for me since I have everything that this workout requires. While my back bend did not look the same as in the picture, I was able to get through the other exercises without falling down.

Today's snack is dedicated to my friend Caroline, who recommended grapes as a delectable snack. I especially love frozen grapes. Each grape has approximately 2-3 calories, so enjoy! Note: Many people in my office seem to love grapes, especially my grapes! What's with that???
