Hmmmm....Hummus?

I saw a knife in the sink at my brothers house with a strange substance on it  and asked him about it. "Hummus," he replied. For some reason I though Hummus was very high in calories. Two tablespoons of hummus is  actually only 60 calories.  http://www.tribehummus.com/products/tribe-classic

Back to the stream bath in New York. Previously I had been using this Cybex machine at the gym, staying on it 40 minutes and wasn't breaking a sweat...Yes, the power was on...Anyway, I went to the advanced settings which do go past 10 and after 30 minutes was drenched. Sigh of relief!  For those of you wondering that is not me in the pic...
