First Weekend at the SnackSpot/Running

Weekends are tough when you are trying to manage your weight. Sleeping late, brunch, social events are all part of weekends. This is when we have to get strong and rely on our eternal Super Woman strength! I try to think of the weekend as any other day and allow myself to enjoy and have fun. I will go for a long run and not feel bad about indulging. (Well, try not to, anyway.) Maintaining my weight is about making the right choices. Somedays are easier than others.



Some of my weekend snacks will include: POPCHIPs...so many flavors 100
calories, 2 grams of sugar and 1gram of protein http://www.popchips.com/



Side note: I started running about a year ago. I could manage about 17 minutes on the treadmill. A few months ago I completed The New York Half Marathon. GO SNACKSPOT GIRL, GO!!!
