Looks like we will be cooling off in NYC this weekend...so one of my favorite snacks to stay cool is THE SKINNY COW. I even love the name.These individual servings are a great idea. The calories range from 150-170. Normally I look for snacks up to 150 calories. There are many different varieties of "THE SKINNY"

Most of my workouts are based on running for a few miles three or four times a week and some strength training exercises. I go to the gym and I also have some equipment at home. "My Home Gym" consists of a mat and two 5 lb hand weights. Hey, I live in NYC, no space! My goals remain
realistic and simple. I just want to look good on water skis! Ok, I wouldn't mind looking good in a bikini on water-skis too!
