Cheat Days-How do you Deal?

I try to plan my cheat days, some days they just creep up on me. Like today...A cheat day to me is basically eating what I want, within reason. Sometimes I will have a cheat meal...it really all depends. I figured since I am having a cheat day today, its best to write about it. What you eat is up to you. Tip: Enjoy what you are eating!!!

The important thing is that you get back on track asap. Too many cheat days can lead you in the wrong direction very quickly. If you are writing down what you are eating make sure you include the "cheats."

The main reason that I am sharing this with you is that it is okay to eat what you want, just keep your goals upfront and don't let the food take control... My coworker eats pizza every Friday...what's your "cheat?"
