Started off my day with a 4 mile run, it was so cool to be outside and to be able to breath. What a change! But wait, as I started running , tears starting running down my face. Oh, no! Dry Eye is back. I'll save that one for another day.

Three cheers for Pretzel Crisps! Sure beats the community jar of pretzels we have in the office. I think the jar alone is from the 80's. If that's not reason enough to stay away...
