About Me

This blog is about my journey to stay fit and healthy after losing a substantial amount of weight in the last few years. I will share with you my daily snacks and other fun fitness tips that I come across throughout my day.
There is no secret to how I lost weight. I can tell you I have tried every diet available on the market, went to nutritionists, personal trainers, you name it. I read every fitness magazine, weighed myself everyday and thought there was no hope.

One day I decided to write down everything I ate and the amount of calories I took in. My goal was to stay under 1500 calories and not deprive myself. I went to the gym and did 30 minutes of cardio a day. I did this for 12 months to the best of my ability and lost 40 pounds. I was ecstatic. I want to share my experience with people who struggle to lose weight and to keep it off. It has become a way of life for me. I know I can help others and this is why I started this blog.
