I have a new fitness goal and that is to run the New York Marathon in 2011. There I said it! There is no turning back, now!!! It is great to see so many of my fellow bloggers sharing their experiences about how they trained for the Marathon. While, it is a little early to start training, I feel good about setting this goal for myself.

Whats your fitness goal? I need to mention that last fall I was able to run 17 minutes on the treadmill before hitting the EMERGENCY STOP button. Its all about progress...
