Walk, Dont Run!

Remember in school when they told us to "Walk! Don't Run?" Well, that's not bad advice when the weather is unbearable! Rather than running, I walked this weekend. For every mile you walk, you burn between 80-100 calories depending on your weight.

I don't know if anyone remembers Potato Flyer's, they seem to lose their popularity to Pirates Booty and they are related, both made by Robert's American Gourmet. This is a great crunchy snack with 120 calories for about 20 chips. They come in different flavors, but I prefer the original. You can find them at
