I am one of those people who likes to eat breakfast for dinner. Dinner for breakfast, no...I had Kashi Waffles in my freezer for a while now and was out of snacks..(YES, OUT OF SNACKS!)
So, I grabbed a waffle and put in toaster and there you have it. The rest is history. The waffles have 8gs of protein and 6 gs of fiber. Two waffles are 160 calories. There is some bad news though, there seems to be a problem with the waffle making equipment at Kashi. Would I kid about this? http://www.kashi.com/products/golean_waffles_strawberry_flax So if you see them in the stores now, I would stock up on them while you can.
Had a wonderful opportunity to volunteer at The New York Marathon yesterday. What an experience to see the runners come through the finish line. It was a beautiful day and something I hope everyone gets to experience, that is if you are a runner, like runners, know someone who was running, or just like marathon-watching in New York..

I love breakfast for dinner too!!
I watched the NY marathon on TV yesterday! I could imagine how great those runners must have felt crossing that finish line! They were amazing!! So cool that you could be a part of it!
Thanks Michelle, I have to follow up with you regarding coaching. Will send email!
Kashi is hit or miss with me. I love the Heart to Heart cereal and waffles but everything else? Nope.
And breakfast for dinner rocks!
I eat one of those waffles for a pre-run! I'm so excited you signed up to do NYC 2011!! It's high on my priority list. I'm running Dallas White Rock next month - my fourth marathon!
