Lets break it down from the start, Edaname is great snack. Every time I have sushi and order some I think, I should really buy this for snacking. So I did! I tried the Bob Harper from the Biggest Loser upper body workout that I posted the other day. It was super... especially the Suitcase Swing. I highly recommend it for those who want to strengthen their upper body! I know your out there!
