As I get to know more bloggers, I am learning about many different ways people eat. I am always open to new ideas. But I have to be honest, I love sugar..the sweeter the better. While I know, it's not the best for you, I try to keep it in moderation. I am also someone who was and continues to be on a weight loss journey. It is something I always have to be careful of. People send me emails about vegetarian, vegan , gluten free food that I should eat. I have to be honest. I still like Doritos! While I don't eat them too often. I still like them. I am pretty sure some of you out there like them too.How's that for the truth?
