
Today I was running late for work and did not have any snacks with me. Not to worry, I saw my favorite lunch spot Pret A Manger and thought, why not? I could buy a sandwich and eat half for my morning snack and half in the afternoon. The problem was, which one do I have? I adore all of their sandwiches. A helpful hint would be to pick one close to 300 calories, so both of your snacks are in the 100-150 range. I bought the egg and bacon baguette. I heard this rumor that if you leave one bite of food at every meal, you will drop a 100 calories per day. I may try that! Makes sense..Of course not a day when you have a sandwich from Pret...
