I want to share everything I have learned throughout this process. Remember, I am sharing what works for me, nothing fancy or difficult.
I try to plan my days, structure works for me when managing what I am going to eat. My days are different depending on where I will be be eating (at my office or at a restaurant) or if I am working out.
Today's snack is Sargento light string cheese. They come in different flavors and are 50 calories, 0 sugar and 6 grams of protein. If I workout I will usually have a couple pieces throughout the day...

Tip: If I buy snacks after a workout I usually am hungry and am tempted to buy more than I actually need. I should say when I buy snacks after I workout, I buy more than I need.
