Maintaining is the New Losing, and another Kashi Bar?

It seemed that once I hit my weight loss goal, things got even more challenging. Maintaining my weight was a whole new dimension, but one that was here to stay. A formula that I follow is multiplying my weight or my desired weight by 10 and that's the number of calories I need to eat to sustain my weight. If I exercise, I add a couple hundred calories to that number. Does it get easier? Let me know....

I love this Kashi Go Lean bar, its very fulfilling  if I do say so myself, its size alone says it all. I had no idea that it comes in Chocolate Pretzel flavor, I have never seen them and I am always scouring the aisles looking for the perfect snack. Its 150 calories, 8g protein and 6g of fiber.
