Keeping Motivated and Ricecakes

Today was raining when I woke up. I don't mind running in the rain, a little mist feels great. When some guy yelled out of of his car, "HOPE YOU HAVE AN UMBRELLA!" I decided to cut it short. I hit my home gym-yoga mat and free weights. I did 2 sets of 30 lunges on each leg, holding my 5 pound weights. I did 5 planks for 30 seconds each and then got distracted when I heard Bristol Palin is getting married.Staying motivated is not always easy.

I went to the market on the way to work and picked up Quaker Rice Snacks, 8 rice cakes for 60 calories. I had 16(they are mini) all for 120 calories. They are crunchy and sweet, the perfect snack for me. Careful not to eat the whole bag! They are tempting. Back to the gym tomorrow, need more motivation than the home gym is offering now. Keep fighting! Rain or Shine!
