Anyone Care to Run a Race?

 I mentioned before that I started my running career on the treadmill and ran about 17 minutes straight. I started to add a few minutes each day until I was up to 40 minutes. That's when I decided I would try running a race. I went straight to the Half-Marathon. Hey, I did forty minutes straight, whats another 2 hours, right? Easier said than done. I did manage to finish the race in about 2 hours and 20 minutes.I haven't stopped running since. I found a really good plan if you are interested in running a 5 or 10k. You can find it here:

I made the mistake of eating Fiber One bars the day before the race. I do not recommend that to anyone, if you get my drift. All the rumors you hear about eating too much fiber are true!
